CHIP, the acronym for Communicaid for Hearing Impaired Persons, is a non-profit registered charity serving the anglophone community affected by hearing loss in and around Montreal. This grassroots organization was built through the efforts of countless volunteers working thousands of hours over the last 35+ years.

Many of our team and board members are people affected by hearing loss.  We understand and are concerned with the struggles and the difficulties that people with hearing issues often experience in their daily lives. It was this dedication to see improvement in the quality of life that gave birth to CHIP, an organization that stands by the hard of hearing community in Montreal.

THE NDG COMMUNITY COUNCIL is the Table de Quartier NDG
with the goal of bringing together community organizations, associations, institutions, businesses and residents to involve them in a collective process of identifying community needs, setting priorities for action, and ensuring implementation and follow-up.
