This space dedicated to community actors to share their community events, services, job offers, volunteer opportunities and AGMs available in NDG. 

Active participation in community life is a big part of the local vibe.

The NDG Public Assemblies are regular community meetings that provide a space for the discussion of important community issues. They help residents and local groups work together.

Le 4 octobre prochain,
beau temps, mauvais temps, sortez votre parapluie! 

Centraide donnera le coup d’envoi à sa campagne annuelle le 4 octobre prochain. Pour l’occasion, quelque 20 000 personnes déambuleront dans les rues du centre-ville de Montréal pour la traditionnelle Marche Centraide aux 1 000 parapluies. Emboîtez le pas, vous aussi, afin de manifester votre engagement dans la lutte contre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale.

Nouveau point de départ:

Place du Canada, coin Peel et René-Lévesque.

Départ à midi (12h00)

Arrivée à la Place des Festivals et fin des festivités à 13 h

Whether it rains or shines on October 4, get out your umbrella! 

Centraide is kicking off its annual campaign on October 4, when 20,000 people will take to the streets of downtown Montreal for Centraide’s traditional March of 1,000 Umbrellas. Join the crowd to show your commitment to the fight against poverty and social exclusion.

New departure point

Place du Canada, corner of Peel and René-Lévesque. 

Departure at 12:00 p.m.

Arrival at 1:00 p.m. at the Place des Festivals.
