Le Conseil communautaire accueillera le service du Bonhomme à lunettes tous les lundis de 13h00 et 15h00.

 

 

Le processus est simple, efficace et très économique


-Présentez-vous sans rendez-vous avec votre prescription émise par un optométriste,(l'examen de la vue doit être fait au préalable chez l’optométriste de votre choix)
-Choisissez votre monture
-Revenez chercher vos lunettes selon le délais qui vous sera indiqué.

Notez que l'examen de la vue chez un un optométriste est gratuit pour:
-les enfants dont les parents sont bénéficiaires l'aide sociale
-les moins de 18 ans, les plus de 65 ans
-les bénéficiaires de l'aide sociale sur présentation du carnet mensuel et de la carte d'assurance maladie.

 Community Council will host the Bonhomme à lunettes Mondays from 1pm to 3pm. 


-Come without an appointment with your prescription issued by an optometrist (the eye exam must be done prior by the optometrist of your choice)
-Choose your frames
-Come back to pick up your glasses according to the deadlines that will be indicated .

Note that the exam at an optometrist is free for :
-The children whose parents are beneficiaries of income security .
-The age of 18 , over 65 years
-Welfare recipients upon presentation of pocket book and the health insurance card to the optometrist

NDG COMMUNITY CALENDAR is a tool to share any activities (events, job offers, volunteer requests, AGMs, funding announcements etc.) in NDG.
Who can use this tool: 
Non-profit organizations, community groups, tables, committees, coalitions, NDG institutions, NDG Community Council Members.
Purpose: 
to help organizations to publish and coordinate their events. Community groups can consult which date to choose when they are planning time and date of an event.

Announcements and events will be shared in our weekly newsletter.

Types of announcements:

Please note that we only promote initiatives or organisations that are officially registered as non-profits.
Content:
Please note that any announcements that are political or religious in nature will not be included.

French or English or Bilingual
Technical requirements:
Please submit an image in format: jpg, png (PDF files or posters are not compatible)
Size of the image: maximum 500kB
You will not be able to attach documents. However, you can
1. Indicate a link to your website to access files
2. If you don't have a website upload your documents to Google Drive and indicate a link.
